Kidnapped Twice in One Day

A tourist was reportedly kidnapped, released, and then kidnapped again, all inside the same day. Statistically that should not be possible. Getting kidnapped once is already a bad day. Getting kidnapped a second time before the day is out suggests something has gone structurally wrong with the trip.
